Submit and track software access changes, roles, and group memberships (sensitive requests go to Tier-3).

Convert documents, caption media, and provide audio description on request.

Create, modify, and retire user accounts in a timely manner.

Request access to send and manage electronic signatures.

Provide endpoint antivirus and EDR with policy support.

Manage and provide access to API endpoints.

Deploy approved software titles to computers, either by a technician or via a self-service portal.

Advise on and support the use of AI tools in teaching, research, and administrative projects.

Provide assistive software and loaner hardware to eligible users.
