The San Francisco Bay Region Network is standardizing on Concur for travel.
Travel, Employee Reimbursement and ProCard Updates
Concur
San Francisco State and Sonoma State are currently in Concur. Enhancements will be released by March 2026, including:
- Streamlined local travel options
- Employee business reimbursements
- ProCard reconciliation
Concur Office Hours
Beginning February 3, 2026, the Travel & Expense team will host daily virtual office hours, available to Sonoma State and San Francisco State.

Cal State East Bay
Cal State East Bay will transition to Concur by April 2026. Until then, continue using Certify. All Certify transactions must be completed prior to the cutover.
