Project Intake Process
All new project requests are reviewed monthly to ensure alignment with network priorities, resource capacity, and strategic objectives.
To support an efficient review, please ensure all required information is complete at the time of submission.
Submit an information technology project request for Cal State East Bay, Sonoma State, or SFSU.

SFBRN ITS PMO Project Portfolio Dashboard
The ITS PMO Portfolio dashboard provides a centralized view of SFBRN ITS project activity, including project requests, approved initiatives, and completed work across the organization.
This view-only dashboard increases visibility into technology initiatives across the SFBRN network, providing a clear, shared view of project activity to support awareness, coordination, and informed decision-making for all stakeholders.
